I used Regina's Maids 3 times. The first time they did a good job. The second time they did not show up between 8 and 12 as promised. After calling them several times and being told each time that they would be there in 5 minutes, they finally came between 90 and 120 minutes late. The third time I hired them, they did not show up again between 8 and 12. I called them at 1 and was told somebody would be there soon. As they had told me this the last time and taken an extra hour to arrive and as I did not have time, I cancelled. On mentioning this to the manager she told me that it was not a ""no show"" but that it was my fault for cancelling. She explained that lateness is normal and beyond her control. She offered to do nothing for me. Lastly, note that somebody from her company called me within 10 minutes saying that they were on their way (2 days late -- on the wrong day). So, in short, if you want to waste your day waiting for these people and have them act like they have all the right in the world to act this way, hire them. The women do a great job of cleaning but the management is inept, incompetent, rude, entitled and devoid of any clue as to how somebody operates a respectful business that knows how to deal with customers. I feel bad for the employees of this ridiculously badly-run business. You will save more time if you clean your place up yourself.
Pros: If they show up, your cleaning will get done
Cons: Likely to run very late or not show up. Won't do a thing about it. Waste of your day. Rude.
