This is the only company that services our area so we have no other choice for a water provider. It is impossible to reach them by phone - you have to leave a message and wait on someone to call you back. Lack of a website or email address is really frustrating for a utility company in this day and age. Even a phone system that provides some kind of automated info would be nice. They send out bills that are very small index cards with no return envelope. I don't really like the idea of my account number being plainly visible as my statement floats through the mail. Also, our bill usually arrives less than a week before the due date. Online payment would be a great option given that they are so hard to reach via the phone, and give such a short window to get the payment to them in the mail. They are also hard to deal with regarding deposits and it seems to depend on who you talk to as to what form of payment they will accept that day. Pros: Only water company available in this area Cons: Hard to contact, short billing notice, no online services more
