These people think they ""know"" Baltimore, and sit back figuring the ""right people"" will come along to buy your house. They can't make it work in this market. Didn't want to do open houses, because it would ""get stale"", waited weeks after we were ready to put it on the market. When I asked for ""creative ideas"" (like a keybox) the only reply was ""lower the price"" -- all this for a house that sold for >$500k when it sold! Also, they have no web presence, which is #1 nowadays, too lazy to hire photographer they asked us to take our own photos, and put up flyers around town (!!!). Recommended by a friend (mistake), these people are awful!!!
Pros: Classy, well-dressed, well-spoken agents.
Cons: Close to retirement with rich husbands, they don't care if your house sells.
