I can understand why the previous lady had a bad experience. I am sure this was a totally honest situation. I also have had problems will this salon, and would never return. I know that this comment will probably be gone with in the next couple days, because anybody can post a writing (friends, employees, ect.) I know that it is only hair, but seriously you are paying and at these prices you should get what you want. I guess the message is to always be cautious, or you could end up going through alot of money for bad hair.
