The other day I called Gil Ruehl for service and made an appointment.A plumber named George showed up to check what is to be done and to give me a qote.He estimated the service gonna cost me$250.00 and I asked him if he can do it for $200.00 .He said NOPE .I agreed topay the $250.00 he asked but he said he does not feel he will be paid and he left with out doing any thing.I contacted the office
