I had a problem with a claim and was working with the main web site for UPS and their subcontractor for claims. To say it was a nightmare is a understatement. I tracked down Megan at her UPS store and everthing was handeled professionally and fast. UPS could take lessons form their store when it comes to treating customers. Thanks Megan!
