I came in for my scheduled an appt., & I was told my stylist would be an hour late. I said ""that's ok"", & I accepted the offer to have my hair done at that time. When I arrived, the stylist approached me w/ a smirk on her face & said she was busy with another client. I drove up there twice for nothing, & I got no apology. Rude people, poor service
