Servpro exhibited a serious lack of honesty, tact, customer service skills in their interaction with my family after our basement flooded. They performed unecessary services without consulting with us,went significanly over the agreed up on price and then threatened to turn us over to a collection agency after only a week. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for any services they might provide for your home.
