I was on a business trip with important clients so naturally we went to the ""nicest"" hotel the area could offer. The hotel is beautiful and unique, but service was worse than imagined. Forget calling for the front desk or business center to bring you something because over the course of two days they never delivered a package to the room- instead they misplaced it and took almost 45 minutes to find it (after I had to personally walk to both the front desk and business center to retrieve it). After checking out on the last day the bell service took over an hour to come to the room after numerous calls and then the hotel forgot to load the baggage into the back of the car and we were unaware until we reached our next destination and missed our flight in order to get it back. I understand that the size of the hotel is like running a small city, but the staff need to follow through with their communication and make sure actions like loading luggage are complete. Hopefully the service will improve because the hotel itself is beautiful.
Pros: You don't even have to leave the hotel if it's raining outside-atrium hotel with amazing interior
Cons: Service, hotel communication & follow-thru, don't expect to be in a hurry here
