My experience with this company as my videography for my wedding was NOT a good experience. I paid this guy over $1500.00 and I was always taught you pay for what you get in this case NOT!!! I paid this guy for a 3 camera coverage and needless to say I only got a 2 camera coverage. I was very disappointed in my video. He came up with all kind of excuses as to why the 3rd camera didn't capture anything. To make a long story short. Wayne changed his package in 2007 and only offered packages that consist of 2 camera coverages. I called him after realizing his website had changed to make sure I would still receive the package that he offered in 2006 with the 3 camera coverage that I had already paid for and he assured me I would beacuse I had already paid him in full before he changed his website. He appeared to be very professional, he even came to rehearsel to place the 3 cameras based on the set up of the wedding party. My bridemaids came in from 2 different sides at the same time and my point of wanting 3 camera coverage was so that everything would be captured and Wayne assured me that's what would happen, NOT!!! He cut my songs throughout my video, he re-did the video only fixing the songs, still claiming the 3rd camera didn't get anything. We asked to see the 3rd camera to see what was captured and never did. I told him that I thought it would be fair if I got some of my money back considering I paid for a 3 camera coverage and only got 2. He became very rude and kept going around and around. Never got anything from him, not even an apology. Ladies when looking for someone special to make your event memorable, please inquire as much as you can about your vendors. I would NOT recommend this company to any bride. Professionalism goes along ways and making sure you did everthing you could to make your customer happy. To me my photography and viedography was the most important to me and money was no limit because this is something you want to be PERFECT!!!
