I tore my acl during a soccer match and got it rehabilitated but i gained 23lbs in 3 months period. I was never overweright so I did not know whatto do. At first I tried working out on my own but was not gettign the results I wanted. I was so use to being 160lbs and toned but now I had a beer belly. They taught me about nutrition and explained to me about why I gained the weight and the fact that I am older I know longer have the same metabolism as I was.
