I went to the Strawberry Hill Races with a group of friends and co-workers. We all pitched in and rented a tour bus so that we could drink and enjoy the day without a designated driver. There were tons of people camped out all around the track. Some had barbecue grills, some had coolers. It was a lot like tailgating, except everyone was dressed up and all the women were wearing straw hats! I was having so much fun being social (and a little tipsy), that I barely even noticed the races. I guess next time I'll pace myself. One more note... I would not recommend open-toed shoes.
