I called Hanson's windows because the jingle is catchy enough that I had the phone number memorized. Not a great reason, but I assumed that a company that advertises that much must be doing well and have a good product. I was extremely unhappy with the high pressure sales technique that ended with the salesperson walking out the door without giving me a quote. Basically, I was put in a position in which I needed to be willing to agree on the spot to get my windows from them or I wouldn't get the quote. I was also told that I could not have a quote unless I was willing to sit through a 3-4 HOUR long presentation. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that I would need 90 minutes. I've contacted the company with my complaint and have received no response. Based on the large number of similar reviews/complaints that I've read, I expect no response. This is not a customer service oriented company.
