I'm pretty surprised that this restaurant gets good reviews given our experience this evening. We were seated for 10-15 minutes before even rating a ""hello"" from our server. Entrees for our party arrived very slowly and in stages, and most of them were cold. The barbecue tasted pretty good -- even cold ribs are okay -- but you expect it to be hot. A single brownie took so long to come from the kitchen we wanted to cancel it but had already been charged. The brownie too was disappointing -- had to have been at least a couple of days old. Our server's apathy was almost laughable. Overall, I was embarrassed to have chosen this restaurant for a large party of out-of-town guests and wish I hadn't relied on the strangely positive reviews on this site.
Pros: good central Sugarhouse location
Cons: food is nothing special, service is laughable
