DO NOT GO TO PAW PRINTS IN MOORE!!!!! THE OWNER IS A PSYCHO!!!! I WAS AFFRAID FOR MY PET!!!! I dropped my pet off at Paw Prints one morning. They said they would board my pet for the day while I had some work done on my home. The place closes at 5:30pm therefore I had planned on leaving work early to retrieve my pet. I was unavoidably detained at work and called Paw Prints to let them know. I apologized and said I was only 10 minutes away but that I wanted to pick up my pet. The owner said in a very unfriendly, crazy tone ""Oh no, I've been here since 7am and you'll just have to pick her up in the morning"". I was completely thrown off by her tone and her unwillingness to let me pick my pet up. I hung up the phone and began to worry what she might do to my pet. As I was driving to pick her up I called the store owner again and told the woman that I wanted my pet and I was almost there. Before I could finish my sentence the owner said ""SHUT UP STUPID AND LISTEN, YOU BETTER BE HERE NOW!!!!"" I hung up on her and a few seconds later I pulled into the parking lot and there was the owner walking out with my pet. She immediately said (I barely had one foot out the door) ""WE CLOSE AT 5:30 STUPID!!!!!? I said ""you will never have to worry about it again as I absolutely won't be bringing her back."" This owner of Paw Prints is extremely confrontational and scary!!! I really fear for the animals. If she talks and treats humans that way I can only imagine how she treats the innocent pets that are brought into her store. Please do not take your pets to PAW PRINTS in MOORE, OK. There are other great grooming and boarding stores around.
