I'm currently renting from Wethergage Management and I have only positive things to say about the company as well as Steve Wetherbee, the owner. Steve was always available to see properties when I was looking for a place to live. Their rental rates were very competitive too. Once I became a renter, he was very courteous in his dealings with me. Repairs have always been done in a timely manner, though I haven't needed very much. When I moved in, he replaced the screens in a few of the windows because a cat had lived there previously and had torn them. I was looking for a used refrigerator and he let me know where to go to buy one. I didn't expect this level of service from a Landlord and it was very refreshing. If you need a good company to rent from, call Wethergage!
