Really marginal auto body shop. Apparently they are qualified by Audi to work on Audi?s aluminum frames, and they are a Volvo certified repair place, but they are difficult, unpleasant, and incompetent. I have had extensive dealings with precision on numerous occasions over the last year, involving separate vehicles, and they continually amazed me with their incompetence and stupidity. Front office staff is also unprofessional and discourteous. Getting an estimate for what I needed done on ever occasion was a chore. Estimates for exactly the same type of work, written on separate occations for separate repairs often did not match. Service writers at precision tend to make up names for various repairs, and describe them in such a way that no repair person who is actually doing the work could possibly understand what they are being asked to do. Stay away! Though their actual auto body repair employs may be good, you?ll never manage to get the work you want done, done, because the estimators / service writers are so bad at their jobs. I also once picked my car up with grease marks on the passenger seat, despite the fact that nobody could have had any good reason to go anywhere near the passenger seat for a repair involving only the rear-bumper. Ridiculous!
Pros: Audi and Volvo Certified
Cons: You will never get what you want out of them
