I was told that my bridal shoes would come in in 2-3 weeks and scheduled my dress fitting accordingly. When the shoes hadn't come in by the day before I inquired and was told that the shoes had shipped. I scheduled my second fitting accordingly. When they hadn't arrived again by the day before the second fitting, I called five times and was told that someone would get back to me and no one ever did. When I called a sixth time I finally got an answer: the shoes had been backordered, had not in fact shipped and that they were being dyed that day. Instead of a forthright apology, the staff member I talked to blamed the situation on an intern. more
