of all the gyms i've ever been to, iron and silk is the best one around. from the minute i walked in, stuie and christina and their staff took great care of me. i am so sick of all the corporate health clubs, and iron and silk is the complete opposite. you aren't just a number here, you're a member of the gym that they value and take care of. i appreciate how much care and time they take to make sure you are happy and having a good experience at their gym. it's also very evident in how they take care of their space and equipment. it's top notch, and i am so happy i found it! i'm not only in great shape, but i actually enjoy going to the gym now!
