NYE towing company had the worst customer service I have ever seen. They were not only condescending but also rude. I realize no one likes to have their car towed but I have never been treated with such disrespect from a service company in my life. They have inflexible hours for picking your car up and have no care that although they might have towed your car after hours that doesn't mean than you can come pick it up then or any time soon. They were expensive and patrol areas looking for cars in badly labeled areas. My question is why would anyone want to willingly choose such a company?
