We've tried contacting them for an estimate on a tankless water heater, but have never gotten a response to any of our emails or phone calls. We recently had to install a new sump pump in a crawlspace of a house we're trying to sell. Asked Spengler to come by for an estimate. They gave us a 2 hour appt window, but failed to show. My wife waited at the house with our 19 month old baby and had to call them 5 times only to be told that they have alot of customer and are really busy. The guy finally showed up an hour late. After he inspected the area, his bid came back almost 40% higher than any other and that didn't even include everything. They may have the nice work trucks and the fancy ads, but that's all they've got over their competition. Their prices are outrageous. Their customer service is poor at best. Their attitude is deplorable. If you have any plumbing issues, do yourself and your wallet a favor and pick someone else...anyone else.
