Pros: Only pro is if they fix the problem
Cons:
Reliability: very unreliable - never on time for appointment - most of the time they won't show up. they'll schedule the appointment in the morning and if they do show up its already evening.
Quality: Very low quality, sloppy work - shingles are horribly placed - nailed in the wrong place - some shingles were torn when it was installed and they didn't replace it, horrible communication, no final inspection. You'll have to inspect their work. The roofers will try to cut corners if you aren't looking.
Communication: horrible. had to repeatedly tell them what needs to be done even though the salesperson gave them the work order. Most of them didn't even speak english.
