I have been using Man's Best Friend for more than 15 years and have never had anything but excellent service. They have gone out of their way to provide care for any and all of the dogs I have taken to them over the years.
I've purchased dogs from them, had dogs trained by them, groomed by them and have boarded my dogs there. At no time have I ever had a problem or been disappointed. They have consistently gone out of their way to be certain my requests and my animals needs were met. My pets have always been happy to go there - they especially love Brenda - and are always happy & healthy when I pick them up.
They have excellent trainers. I have found that if I follow up on the training and abide by the instructions they give you when you get your dog back, the training works. If, however, you - the owner - do not follow the training protocol, your pet will go right back to the same old habits. It's nature...newly learned behaviors have to be reinforced or they will be 'un-learned' in a heartbeat. They DO NOT physically abuse any anlmal when they train them. We just picked up our two new Goldendoodles from their training & they LOVED their trainer (Cindy). My husband took them back for their first follow-up appointment and they were so excited to see her he couldn't control them. Is this the response of a puupy who's been mistreated during training? I don't think so.
I have recommended and continue to recommend Man's Best Friend to everyone. They operate a first rate facility and hold to the highest standards. My dogs reveiws are the ones that really count & they love Man's Best Friend.
