Despite charging my battery and trying many things, my digital camera would not turn on. I took it to Camera Solutions and they charged me $60 for a consult. Well they said that there was a glitch on the main chip/mainframe (I don't know the language) and that it would need to be replaced costing me $200-$300. Well for that I said I'd send it to the manufacturer where they'll gaurentee the work for at least a year. My gut was telling me that it just didn't seem right, so I went to Camera World and asked if I could try a new battery... WA LA! Camera works. No huge cost to replace some chip. A BATTERY! Camera World doesn't fix cameras but they did way better than Camera Solutions. Keep your money. Go anywhere but here!
And I'm sorry to the guy below... but it's NOT good business practice to be sold a broken camera and then have to bargain to only pay half to fix it.
