My husband and I went to Jost Carpet One about two years ago to purchase carpet for our home. They never disclosed that carpet we purchased was a very delicate carpet. Since installation we have had "runs" in the carpet they have said that it is not defective. It was the nature of having a Berber carpet. I have been in real estate & in model homes where there is a lot of foot traffic and have never seen any like this. Although, the carpet has a 10 year warranty they will not replace it. I have had them out on three separate occasions and all they will do is "trim" my carpet and now I have unraveled carpet all over my house. It is awful!! Had I known this would have been a possibility I would have chosen another type of flooring. I blame Wilma and the staff at Jost Carpet One for not educating us on what type of flooring we were buying. As you can tell I am very dissatisfied with the quality of not only the flooring but the service we received.
