I had to have a windshield replaced on my luxury sedan. I was asked to bring my car into the shop so that they would have it in the garage and all the tools necessary at hand. My car was left outside with the windhsield removed when a snow storm hit. When they gave me my keys back, the inside of my car was wet. My leather seats and dashboard were wet. Water was pooled in the window switches. Upon reviewing the workmanship, they sliced off part of my molding and broke a plastic clip on the same molding. The windshield leaked air in the corner. I made two ensuing appointments for warranty repair. They failed to show up to the 2nd appointment after I confirmed it twice that very afternoon. They did not call to tell me they weren't coming. I had to take my car into the shop the next morning to get it repaired. I would not recommend nor ever use Glass Doctor again. Their price was the lowest in town but it wasn't worth it.
