It's hard to complain when you win a car for 2 years, especially being that I bought the car regardless, but I have had many problems and for a Cadillac, it just seems wrong. The salesman told me one story and the mechanics always tell another. The financing officer sold me the Ultimate Warranty, which after providing a claim number for repairs and stating they would reimburse me directly later disclosed that they were restructuring and possibly going out of business. Still waiting for the reimbursement 3 months later. Service was decent while under manufacturers warranty, hey who complains when they keep your car for a week or so repeatedly when they are giving you a free rental and it's a new Cadillac, but as soon as that was over so was the good service. Took it in for service with noise complaints and later took it to a friends mechanic who told me my whole drive shaft was about to fall out. No excuse for the problems I have had at LesStanford and with my CTS in general. more
