I have been her for six months and am moving ASAP. The amount paid is excessive for the state of the apartments and nothing ever gets fixed. The odors from upstairs and downstairs come into the apartment. It is very annoying to get perfume smell, food, cigarrette (downstairs neighbors smoke) and even poop!! So I would recommend not even thinking about moving in. We found out the odors sips through the edge of the floor. So there is not much that you can do. The model apartment is gorgeous but that's the way they get people to move to this crap!! I am so upset! TERRIBLE PLACE to live.
