I was very disapointed with the service I received from both the Agent at the counter and the people that I spoke to at their toll free phone number. \r

I called the 800 number at least 5 times to ask questions about 12 passenger vans and payment type and was told that cash payment was accepted and roof racks were avialable. I was also told the this location was open 24 hours and it is NOT, the service rep heard me say Worcester AIRPORT location and ASSUMED because it was an airport it was open 24 hours. \r

To top it all off when we went to pick up the van everything we had been told was wrong no roof racks and payment in cash was not an option. The payment part was sort of a miscommunication you can pay in cash IF you use a card to secure the rental and they called the bank directly to confirm the funds, but my point is that NOONE I spoke to thought to explain that when I specificially asked about cash payment. \r
The guy at the counter was RUDE, he belittled us, insulted both family members I was with and treated us like we were low lifes or common criminals. \r
