We just went to Vegas for the weekend and I made a reservation about\r
a week in advance for Craftsteak. We were really looking forward to it,\r
and it did not disappoint!!! My wife and I each had the Filet Mignon, and\r
they were spectacular. SO PERFECTLY COOKED AND DELICIOUS.\r
The only negative was they were a little too large for us at 10 oz. each.\r
The Shrimp Cocktail might be the finest I have ever had, only the cocktail\r
sauce was extremely mild. I'm not big on horse-radish at all, but I \r
believe you should be able to taste it a little. You could tell there was a \r
hint of it, but that's it. Anyway, the shrimp were pristine. Firm, fresh, cold,\r
and very tasty. Beautiful. I know it's a simple dish, but that's all the more\r
reason it needs to be nailed, perfectly!!! My wife's Spinach Salad\r
with a truffle-oil dressing was very simple but very good as well. Also\r
we had Sauteed Baby Broccoli, which was SO delicious!!! For dessert we\r
had the Apple Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream. Incredible!!!\r

We were so happy with our meal, and the excellent service. It was one\r
of our best meals ever. The only Steak we could remember enjoying more\r
was at Dylan Prime in NYC, and not by much.
Pros: Incredibly Delicious, Simple Food!!!
Cons: Pretty Expensive!!!
