I've been to Jack n Grill several times over the years and the food is always inconsistent, but one thing that is consisted is the lazy owners/managers the older son is a total J3RK and could less about the customer, they consently run out of food like lettuce, avacado, tomato stuff that any ordinary restaurant would always have. I asked the older son how could you run out of lettuce when there is a Safeway right next door to you. He said no one has time to run over there to get it??? What are you talking about???? The whole time I was there he was just chatting with everyone at the counter. Please don't waste your time going there!! There is much, much better mexican places in Highlands, like pazcuato is excellent and about half the price!
