I CASHED MY GCCI POINTS FOR BW TRVL CARDS. AT C/I. THE FD CLERK SAID SHE HAD NEVER SEEN ONE OF THESE AND WOULD HAVE TO CALL HER MNGR. THE MNGR REDEEMED MY CARD FOR THE FULL $50,THE ROOM W/ TAX ONLY CAME TO $41.96. I ASKED THE FD CLERK HOW THEY WOULD RETURN THE DIFFERENCE TO ME. SHE SAID SHE WOULD ASK HER MNGR WHEN SHE RETURNED. I STILL HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING SO @ 12AM I WENT BACK TO FD.T HE MALE FD CLERK TOLD ME HE HAD NO NOTES ABOUT THE INCIDENT, AND HE WOULD NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO EITHER. I CHOSE THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE BRKFST. THEN I WAS TOLD TONIGHT BECAUSE I HAD THE EMPLOYEE RATE WE WERE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY BRKFST. IT NEVER SAID ANYWHERE THAT THE COMPLIMENTARY BRKFST WAS DEPENDENT ON RATE. OUR ROOM HAS NO TRASH CAN I ASKED FD FOR A TRASH BAG, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER CAN,THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE A TRASH BAG. THERE IS MOLD ON THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM, I DID TAKE PICTURES. POOL TABLE OUT OF ORDER, HOT TUB HAS ONLY TWO JETS WORKING. I AM A BW EMPLOYEE MYSELF, AND THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENDED AT MY HOTEL. WHERE IS THE TRAINING FOR THESE CLERKS? NO ON HAS EVEN TRIED TO ASSIST ME! HOW ABOUT THE $9 DIFFERENCE? THAT WOULD HAVE COME IN HANDY WHILE BUYING OUR OWN BREAKFAST. ON THE GOOD NOTE THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOM WAS UP TO DATE AND LOOKED OKAY, CARPET LOOKED CLEAN, THE TILED FLOOR LOOKED OKAY AS WELL. THE CABINETS UNDER THE SINK HOWEVER WERE SCREWED SHUT WITH BIG BLACK SCREWS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CABINETS, NOT EVEN SCREWED IN FLUSH WITH THE WOOD. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS REALLY DISAPOINTED ME WITH THE BW NAME. HOWEVER, I CAN ATTEST THAT NOT ALL BW'S ARE THIS WAY. HOPEFULLY THEY CAN RECEIVE AN INSPECTION AND CORRECT THEIR PROBLEMS. more
