Food is great. Delivery horrible! I live in a high-rise building (24 hr doorman) with a loading zone in front. The signs are clear that anyone can park there for 15 minutes with their flashers on. However, the driver called me and said he was not getting out of his car to deliver my food. He said he didn't want to get a ticket. I told him he wouldn't. He refused so I had to go outside to get my food. By the way, the driver was sitting in his car, in the loading zone, with his flashers on. Never again will I order from them.
