I went to this ""small business solution"" book keeping / tax service place wanting the works. For them to handle my taxes, as well as take over book keeping and payroll for my small but fast-growing small business. I had a lot of questions going in. The guy I dealt with, Josh, seemed really awkward and did not make me feel confident whatsoever. But I told myself wait and see. A week after dropping off my taxes, I hadn't heard anything so I called. He told me ""he was just now getting to it"" and it would take another week. After three weeks, I just went back up there and asked if he'd started it. It was obvious he had not, so I asked for all my paperwork back and said I'd find someone else to help me. He seemed relieved. The whole place seems a little sketchy and if they don't want new business, then I don't know what they're doing. But I would stay far far away.
