One star is because I still love their pizza. Delivery took almost 90 minutes and then when they arrived they were missing part of my order. It then took an additional 30+ minutes to get the 2nd part of my order. The delivery driver was "shady" and they still took all my credit card information even though I paid on the website. If you want Renaldi's, go to the restaurant, don't get it delivery.
