Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until after I'd been seated at a table in the bar area. I was glad I was with a friend, so I wasn't the only 20-something there. I had a martini, it was not cheap but I have yet to find a place around here that'll sell one for less than $11. The cool thing about Monty's? Free appetizers in the bar. Tiny hamburgers, mozzarella sticks, pizza, shrimp cocktail, the list goes on. If I had known about the nonstop free food, I wouldn't have bothered ordering dinner, because good lord! When I say they have big portions, I mean enough to feed an entire family. The steak my friend ordered was bigger than my head. My chicken parm was even bigger than the steak. I wondered if they had brought me the entire chicken. I guess if you're paying $35 for the meal, they really want to do you up right. I'm not really big on leftovers though, so sadly I left most of my meal at the table. It was ok, but I think that they should consider selling half sizes like some restaurants do. Or maybe even quarter sizes.
