Have had a unit in for repair for over one month.. Apple in Washington Square said they would have just replaced the unit, and I would have had it back within a couple of days.\r \r I also almost took my MacBook Pro there, but they wanted to make me wait while they verified my troubleshooting.. Apple at Washington Square trusted the error from THEIR OWN hardware test, and just ordered me a logic board. Total down time, less than 24 hours!!!\r \r I'm sure they are a good company, but their service department really needs an upgrade or flush or something.. Pros: carry Apple hardware and software.. that's about it. Cons: slow service department, don't trust Apple hardware test results, Apple themselves are just much quicker.. more
