I frequent the new location on Bardstown Rd. near KFC, and every time I am fortunate enough to experience not only good old fashioned pie and ice cream, but also old fashioned, honest-to-goodness genuinely good customer service. It seems as if one girl in particular, Heather, is always there. She beams a huge smile at every customer she greets. She seems as if she is honestly excited that you have dropped in. Even when extremely busy, I've never seen her frustrated, angry or disrespectful. \r
If this is the type of service that Homemade Ice Cream and Pie Kitchen teaches their employees, then they have a really good philosophy going. Keep up the good work!
