(March 2008) While I was happy with the service we received, we had difficulty with the sales staff when we went in to get a price matched. I had a legitimate price quote from an internet company, but I was flatly told that it didn't apply to stores with which they they ""could not compete."" When I asked to see the policy in writing, they said it didn't exist and that ""guaranteed low price"" meant that they'd match prices when they felt like it. Evidently it's up to the sales guy whether or not you get your price discount. Now, I'm not one to hassle over $20 or even $50 on a $1000 purchase, but I felt that their representation of their price guarantee was misleading and it took something away from their reputation. I was disappointed and I'd rather do business with a company that has no ""price guarantee"" than with one which advertises a ""guarantee"" and did not honor it when presented with legitimate price quotes.
