I have no personal knowledge of whoever is managing this company, however the Morgan Badgley Co. went bankrupt many years ago. It was sold and re-sold by the partners of the originator of this company until the mission statement of Morgan Badgley was no longer of value. This is a mis-use of the original business name and it's originator.
