I would agree with the other reviewers here, that the people are friendly and the service great ... unless it comes to loosing something. They lost an expensive shirt of mine on a ""redo"" and after calling numerous times in all it took more than three months to finally ""find"" the article. Each time they said they would follow up with me and call me back, which they never did except for one time out of the many contacts I had. I had to continually keep on them and, frustrated that so much time had passed without locating the article, suggested that perhaps they just reimburse me. They asked me to file a claim, which I did. When I didn't hear back on that I called and they informed me that no claim was submitted or was on file and asked me to submit it again. All said and done, I lost the article in October and it was returned in February. And, unlike the other reviewer, I did not get the next time free and not even an apology.
Pros: Good when they are good.
Cons: But very bad when they are bad.
