I am a few weeks shy of my 66th birthday, and thanks to Qi, I am probably in the best shape of my life. I have lost over 30 pounds and have gained a whole new sense of pride in what I can do physically. The atmosphere at Qi is welcoming and the trainers and staff are friendly and non-intimidating. They have encouraged me, prodded me and praised me for what I can do and have kept me motivated to achieve more. I have ?worked out? at other gyms but always felt like an outsider in the fitness world ?Qi has taught me that everyone deserves to be healthy and energized and feel good about themselves.
