Following it?s already exemplary reputation, Brooklyn South lived up to expectations once again. Their subs harkened to a cold winter day in the North East, when the only thing that you have to look forward to is that delectable sandwich at lunch. I chose to go with the ?cold? version of the Bronx Bomber, and everything blended together beautifully; but what really makes a good sandwich, such as the one I just ate, is the bread. I am not sure where BS gets their bread, but they should be thankful everyday that they have this connection. The bread was crusty on the outside and soft in the middle, just to my liking. The Bronx Bomber contained all the good things you would expect on a quality Italian sub, with a homemade Italian dressing which brought everything together. As the Mayor of Tasteville I can confidently recommend sandwiches at Brooklyn South, and I give them a 9.5 out of 10 on the taste-o-meter.\r
