I am at the end of my 10 wk UBC (Ultimate Body Challenge) fitness course. It is taught with kickboxing and resistance bands. I have lost about 10 inches of fat and I am feeling great. I am looking at signing up for a second session. Heather and Lance are very professional and have great personalities to work with students.
Pros: Convience of taking a morning or evening class to suite your schedule. Owners are great to work with, very flexible.
Cons: Saturday mornings can be tough at times, limits weekend activities.
