I ordered a custom basket with lots of chip and other things for my husband. The basket was pretty small and had only one bag of chips and the chips were stale and out dated. My husband and I were very disappointed in the basket. I called to talk to someone to let them know I was upset. They did not care at all and were pretty rude. They were arguing with me and showing very poor customer service. They later called me back to tell me that they had opened up several bags of chips and had customers in the store try them and according to them everyone said the chips were great. It seemed to me that she was in a way calling me and my husband a liar and that was very rude to me. This was my first time ordering from them and this will be the last. I will never go back. They did not even try to change anything or to make me happier with my purchase. I was very disappointed with this purchase and this company.
