sitting next to us. We saw the manager bring out a piece of paper and and rose. I asked our server what the special occassion was and she told me the gentleman just proposed. This is the kind of place Chez Zee is. People's lives happen here. It is certainly my favorite place. The food is great the service warm and \r
friendly. A great place for all occassions.
