Part of the chaotic experience was that we went on a Sunday afternoon. We did have an appointment and were assigned an associate soon after arriving. The associate told me every dress looked beautiful when it really didn't; the dressing rooms are no bigger than a closet and the associate had too many women to attend to which resulted in mediocre service. To add to the frenzied atmosphere the front was under staffed and the girls seemed a bit harried. The intercom didn't work, so when they needed to page someone acted like they were using the intercom but were in fact yelling. It may be worth a visit because the place has so many gowns, but if you want individualized attention and an inviting atmosphere, don't bother
