I was the third of four people there the day mentioned below (terrible service, great food, etc.) I agree with my two friends that the service was really awful and there was not a reason for us to have been treated as such. I can also say on behalf of the owners, that they rectified the situation. The manager there was terrible and demeaning, but when i made a formal complaint, the owners were apologetic and offered a gift card and for us to come visit their other location. we didnt introduce ourselves when we came in until after we ate and were treated with respect- and our coffee was filled in reasonable time. it was a very different scene and we would gladly go back... to the draper location, anyway. \r
