My experience with David Jeffrey has been the worst. After a year he has yet to provide me with pictures I have already paid for a year ago! I understand that he may be using a different business name, but make sure to watch out if you hear his name. I have been getting every excuse from him and his wife on why he has still not sent a refund or pictures. He even had the nerve to tell me that he could not print the pictures because he was living on bologna and cheese sandwiches. Amazing!! He was able to take an average of $40 from over 50 families for cheerleading and football pictures that he either short changed or never delivered. If you are missing any pictures you have already paid for do not let up...he needs to be stopped from taking advantage of families. Do not take any excuses from him...I have heard them all...it's been a year and I am still waiting to see if he will actually deliver.
