I bought 3 my phones from them in the middle of January 2008. They submit wrong rebate data to AT&T, so after 2 months, AT&T still do not have my rebate forms! The bad part is, there is NO APOLOGY! Hello, I am the customer that pay your pay checks! They input the wrong data and tried to blame it on ME that I don't give the right data. The minimum waiting time for them to answer the phone is approx. 20 rings. And you must have a lot of patient if you go in to the Sunnyvale store to talk to them, because THEY ARE ALL VERY BUSY! You think you are giving them business but they are BUSY!! You can tell by their messy work areas that none of them can organize their work.
Pros: Location is convinent for Silicon Valley. Phone plans are attractive.
Cons: Only if you can get your rebate with their bad customer service!
